GENERAL REGISTRATION INFROMATION

All participants have to register for the symposium.

Authors of accepted papers should register for the symposium along with the submission of the camera ready version of the paper. At least one author of every accepted paper should register for the symposium without which the paper will not be included in the symposium proceedings. The author who is registering for the symposium should present the paper in the symposium. The registration is not transferable. The deadline for author registration is 15th December 2009.

Researchers, academicians, students and professionals from industry are also welcome to register for the symposium. Please refer the table below for details on the registration fee..

  1. ACM members are eligible for 10% discount in all categories. The fee to be paid will be rounded to the nearest digit.
  2. Registration Fees include (i) Registration kit (ii) Symposium banquet + Symposium lunches, snacks (iii) One set of the symposium proceedings in electronic (CD-ROM) form.
  3. For each accompanying person, full registration fees will be added to the registration charges for the participant
  4. Delegates/Accompanying persons will not be regarded as registered until the payment has been lodged in ISB’s bank account
  5. On receipt of the registration form and the fees, the ISB secretariat will send a confirmation mail with a registration number to the registrants. This number should be quoted in all future correspondence with the ISB organizers.

HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1: Fill the online registration form. Click here.

Step 2: The filled form will be mailed to your email id. Send the hard copy of the filled form along with the Demand Draft (in case of Option 1) to the following address by registered post.

Participants opting to pay the registration fee through the Bank Transfer mode, should email the scanned copy of relevant document(s) of the transaction to contact.isb@gmail.com along with the scanned copy of the signed registration form, with subject line "ISB 2010 REGISTRATION".

Step 3: On receipt of the registration form, the ISB secretariat will assign a registration number to the registrants. This will be emailed to the registrants. Registrants should quote this number for all future correspondence with the ISB organizers.

  • Author Registration & Early registration for participants: 15th December 2009.
  • Participants may register after December 15th  also until further notice, with higher registration fees. Please refer Table 1 for Registration Fee details.

Important Points to Remember:

  1. ACM members should produce their membership cards at the registration desk. This is mandatory for availing the benefit of reduced registration fees.
  2. Students should produce their valid student identity card and a letter from the Head of their Institute / Department Chair stating student status.
  3. For each accompanying person, full registration fees will be added to the registration charges for the participant.
  4. Participants are advised to retain a photocopy of the DD/ BT details, which will be useful to trace the documents in case the payment is not received.
  5. Please keep a copy of the email containing the registration id which will be sent to you after your registration. The registration id should be quoted in all future correspondences with the ISB organizers.
